A SYSTEMIC NARRATIVE ONE-DAY RETREAT
We live in troublesome times. And we feel it in our personal and professional lives. Taking active pauses and reconnecting to our strength and resources is key to building resilience and engaging with our challenges with joy.
“At a time when accessing resources and resilience feels difficult, this workshop was essential for me, and revealed many beautiful and important elements of the self. Thank you!”
The resource and resilience day is a day-long retreat to reconnect with ourselves and replenish our strengths to prepare for whatever is ahead in our lives. The day is organized and facilitated by Jacques Chlopczyk (Centre for Systemic Research and Consulting and Beyond Storytelling Partners) and Lauren Uba (Climate Action Community and Work that Reconnects Facilitator).
This day is dedicated to everyone working towards a bigger impact. It is designed to support people in identifying strengths and inner capacities, engaging constructively with inner barriers, and refining self-care. Moreover, if you are leading, coaching or facilitating individuals and groups, you will find special inspiration for your own practice with our systemic, narrative and solution-focused toolkit.
