I like to introduce myself as a psychologist/improviser. Through my work in organizations I strive to bring my core values into practice: courage, inspiration and integrity. As a trainer, facilitator and a coach in a small Slovenian consultancy (O. K. Consulting), I support leaders and teams in their development. Currently, my main focus revolves around leading organizations into a more modern organizational culture through deepening trust and spreading courageous leadership.
My background lies in transactional analysis (TA Counsellor), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP Coach), psychodrama and Dare to Lead ™, Daring Way™, Rising Strong™ (CDTLF - Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator and CDWF – Certified Daring Way Facilitator). When I'm not working in organizations, I enjoy my time practicing and teaching improvisational theatre, dancing, writing and free climbing. Mostly, though, I am a happy (though often exhausted) new mom, letting myself be inspired by my daughter's courage, curiosity and joy.
