She is the go-to-person for top leaders and coaches who are looking forward to exploring profound ego-development, personal maturation and self-mastery as well as co-creative leadership and next level system transformation.
Marion designed and managed international team development, consulting, mentoring & training projects in 22 countries.
She is dedicated to go on the road with teams to exploring synergetic cooperation and collective wisdom. She has the capacity to open social fields for experiencing ‘collective knowledge’ and ‘the emerging future field’ via embodiments and Systemic Constellations.
Marion is an instructor at the CoCreative Campus, where mindful persons from business, politics, culture and spirituality come together to discover and internalize CoCreative Leadership and Facilitation based on Theory U, Systemic Constellation Work, Neuro-Communication and Case Clinics.
Marion is inspired by the profound systemic transformations during the fall of the Berlin Wall, the end of the Cold War and Apartheid. All stories were driven by individuals who took leadership – in small and large context – and worked co-creatively with the community and harvested a peaceful system transition. Currently she is impressed by the ‘Friday for Future’ and ‘CoCreative Alumni’ Communities, which always surprises her with solutions that someone alone could not think of.
