Patrick Castellani works at the edge where stories meet decisions. As a communication consultant and narrative architect, he helps organisations and leaders find language for what they carry — complex ideas, difficult transitions, missions that somehow fail to reach the people they need to reach.
He is drawn to the question of what happens when meaning gets lost in translation and what it takes to build it back. Alongside his consulting work, he founded the Salon der Kuenste, a space for adults to work artistically beyond the logic of efficiency.
Within Beyond Storytelling, Patrick brings a deep curiosity about the intersection of narrative, meaning, and the unmapped — and a quiet conviction that we may need fewer “stories” and more silence, wonder, and presence.
