Ana-Laura Lemke works with stories as living, relational threads between people. As a narrative practitioner and systemic organisational consultant, she is drawn to moments where meaning shifts — when teams search for direction, identities are renegotiated, or something new begins to take shape.
She founded the Institute for Narrative Practice as a professional home for applied narrative work and is particularly interested in participatory storywork and collective sense-making as shared capabilities.
Within Beyond Storytelling, she has long helped shape the community — co-initiating Story Camps, facilitating gatherings, and contributing to strategic and communicative development. She currently serves as chair of the board of Beyond Storytelling e.V.
