Working with Story in Group Facilitation

Stories are in many ways a powerful partner for working with groups. As facilitators we want to invite openness and depths, awareness and impact. And stories enable just that – and much more. This seminar focuses on the potential of story for powerful workshops and group facilitation.

This seminar focuses on:

  • Story as process partner: resonance and impact

  • Narrative frames as planning tools for workshops

  • Story-based workshop designs

  • Storytelling methods for workshops phases: plug-and-play toolkit

The seminar is highly interactive. Participants are expected to get involved, bring their own questions and cases to practice the approaches and tools. Seminar fee includes access to the course material and additional materials.

This seminar can be booked as optional session for the certified training program Narrative Organizational Development.
