Resonance: Stories about successful interrelationships

Resonance narratives such as finding, designing, and working with stories about successful interrelationships with the world is a different way of looking upon storytelling in organizations. In the seminar, we will have a closer look on what resonance narratives are and discuss if they have the potential to enter into active response relationships with organizational environments (customers, employees, society) in which both sides stimulate and relate to one another.

The stonepiles of the seminar:

  •  Theoretical background of resonance narratives (physics, sociology (Hartmut Rosa))

  •  The four elements of resonance moments (contact, self-efficacy, transformation, unavailability)

  •  Discussion: Potential of and working with resonance narratives in organizations

  •  Opportunities for the creation and dissemination of resonance moments or stories (via social media)

The seminar is highly interactive. Participants are expected to get involved, bring their own questions and cases to practice the approaches and tools. Seminar fee includes access to the course material and additional materials.

This seminar can be booked as optional session for the certified training program Narrative Organizational Development.
