Change in the Storytelling Organization

Every organizational change needs a strong narrative. These narratives support the effective communication of the why, the what and the how of the organizational change. Additionally, they support the design of the transformation by providing the “dramaturgies for change”.

This seminar focuses tools and methods for the creation of these narratives.

Content:

  • Mapping the field: approaches and tools for a better understanding of stakeholders and the wider ecosystem

  • Metaphorical approaches for the analysis of process and polarities

  • Linking social dynamics and the what of the change

  • Narrative frameworks for change dramaturgies

  • Developing frames and narratives for change

The seminar is highly interactive. Participants are expected to get involved, bring their own questions and cases to practice the approaches and tools. Seminar fee includes access to the course material and additional materials.

This seminar can be booked as optional session for the certified training program Narrative Organizational Development.
